Meet the Team

Our team brings decades of real experience leading talent, strategy, and people functions inside the organizations we now support, not just advising from the outside.

Courtney Bell, Partner

Superpower: Bringing clarity to complexity.

Courtney has a knack for seeing through the noise, asking the question that gets a team to the heart of an issue, and turning big ideas into clear decisions and action. She believes organizations do their best work when they create the conditions for both people and results to thrive.

Angela Bond, Managing Partner

Superpower: Telling the truth, kindly.

Angela says the thing the room is avoiding, and she says it in a way people can actually use. She has spent nearly two decades inside schools, networks, and leadership teams, which means she knows the difference between a plan that sounds good in a boardroom and one that survives contact with a Monday. She believes purpose without execution is just potential, so she does not hand leaders a strategy and leave. She builds it with them and stays to help them run it.

Tim DeBruyne, Partner, Operations and Finance

Superpower: Building things that outlast the plan.

Tim builds the systems that make good intentions survive a calendar year. He has staffed a turnaround school, run hiring at volume, and built the tools that told leaders whether any of it was actually working. What he measures is not whether the plan launched but whether it held three years later. He is a lawyer by training, which shows up as a low tolerance for vague language and a habit of asking what happens if this goes wrong. At Unified Impact he owns operations, finance, and contracting, which is why the client work runs on time and the smooth.

Audrianna Lawrence, Senior Consultant

Superpower: She has sat in the chair.

Audrianna has been the assistant principal, the principal, and the person responsible for developing both. That sequence is why her leadership development work never feels theoretical: she has run the building she is now helping someone else run. She builds practical, people-centered systems, and she is direct about what is working and what is not. She believes the job of a leadership developer is to create the conditions for educators to thrive, and then get out of their way.
